Once you place the order, the shipping process starts. You will recive conformation and a tracking number via email. Once it is processed, the order will be shipped to your entered address.

Your account will be updated once your order has shipped, and you will receive an email with shipment and tracking information. You can then either click on the link in your email or go to the website. The product tracking is available 24 hours.

Yes, we offer a free repair service for the first 90 days. A 1 year warranty must be purchased to receive free repair for the fiscal year starting from date of purchase. The turnaround times for items vary from item to item. The most accurate estimate is included in the warranty claim confirmation email.

To receive a full refund all items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and returned within 90 days. FOR WARRANTY
If you purchased a 1 year warranty you are eligible for a full refund within 1 calender year. You are also eligible for our free repair service for the fiscal calender year starting from your purchase date.
