2) Our support team will determine what further action is required. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. We will also provide instructions on how to properly package the product to return it safely. Please follow the proper shipping instructions. It is vital that you do so. Proof of purchase is required to return any product listed on www.solstartek.com
3) We will process your return or warranty
FOR RETURNS
To receive a full refund all items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and returned within 90 days. If the item is faulty you are eligible for a full refund or free repair if you return the item within 90 days. We do not accept returns sold by third parties. You will be notified once your items have been received and your refund has been processed.
FOR WARRANTY
If you purchased a 1 year warranty you are eligible for a full refund within 1 calender year. You are also eligible for our free repair service for the fiscal calender year starting from your purchase date.
We will process your return and issue you a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days after receipt of product.
