Once you place the order, the shipping process starts. You will recive conformation and a tracking number via email. Once it is processed, the order will be shipped to your entered address.

Your account will be updated once your order has shipped, and you will receive an email with shipment and tracking information. You can then either click on the link in your email or go to the website. The product tracking is available 24 hours.

Yes, we offer a free repair service for the first 90 days. A 1 year warranty must be purchased to receive free repair for the fiscal year starting from date of purchase. 12. What is the turnaround time for the items with a warranty?
The turnaround times for items vary from item to item. The most accurate estimate is included in the warranty claim confirmation email.

You need to send us the photo of your purchased item and a small description of the missing part. We will find the best possible solution to deliver you the missing part as soon as possible.

To receive a full refund all items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and returned within 90 days. If the item is faulty you are eligible for a full refund or free repair if you return the item within 90 days. We do not accept returns sold by third parties. You will be notified once your items have been received and your refund has been processed.
FOR WARRANTY
If you purchased a 1 year warranty you are eligible for a full refund within 1 calender year. You are also eligible for our free repair service for the fiscal calender year starting from your purchase date.
