The turnaround times for items vary from item to item. The most accurate estimate is included in the warranty claim confirmation email.

To receive a full refund all items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and returned within 90 days. FOR WARRANTY
If you purchased a 1 year warranty you are eligible for a full refund within 1 calender year. You are also eligible for our free repair service for the fiscal calender year starting from your purchase date.
