4. Do I need to sign up for Paypal to purchase items from Solstartek?
No, you do not need to sign up with Paypal to make purchases from Solstartek. Follow the "Pay with Debit" or Credit card option during checkout.

5. How does shipping works?
Once you place the order, the shipping process starts. You will recive conformation and a tracking number via email. Once it is processed, the order will be shipped to your entered address.

6. What payment methods does Solstartek accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard

7. Can I track my order?
Your account will be updated once your order has shipped, and you will receive an email with shipment and tracking information. You can then either click on the link in your email or go to the website. The product tracking is available 24 hours.

8. Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
You can modify your order soon after you have placed it. If you delayed for a day or more, we are unable to change your order once it has been placed. Therefore, if you need to change an order, you must either cancel it or receive it as is.

9. Can my order be shipped to an address outside of the United States?
Currently, we only ship to the United States only.

10. Can I pick up my order from the retail store?
Currently, we do not offer a will-call service. The items purchased via Solstartek are shipped to the physical address located in the United States.

11. Do you offer a repairing service?
Yes, we offer a free repair service for the first 90 days. A 1 year warranty must be purchased to receive free repair for the fiscal year starting from date of purchase. We do our best to find a solution to any broken or damaged item. For any particular questions, please get in touch with us at support@solstartek.com.

12. What is the turnaround time for the items with a warranty?
The turnaround times for items vary from item to item. The most accurate estimate is included in the warranty claim confirmation email.

13. I am missing a small component of the purchased item; what should I need to do? You need to send us the photo of your purchased item and a small description of the missing part. We will find the best possible solution to deliver you the missing part as soon as possible.

14. Can I exchange my purchased items?
We do not have an exchange process. However, if your purchased item is faulty, we do provide the exchange option.

15. How can I return an item from my recent purchase?

Please follow these steps to process your return:
1) For returns and warranty services contact our support team at support@solstartek.com

2) Our support team will determine what further action is required. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. We will also provide instructions on how to properly package the product to return it safely. Please follow the proper shipping instructions. It is vital that you do so. Proof of purchase is required to return any product listed on www.solstartek.com

3) We will process your return or warranty

FOR RETURNS
To receive a full refund all items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and returned within 90 days. If the item is faulty you are eligible for a full refund or free repair if you return the item within 90 days. We do not accept returns sold by third parties. You will be notified once your items have been received and your refund has been processed.
FOR WARRANTY
If you purchased a 1 year warranty you are eligible for a full refund within 1 calender year. You are also eligible for our free repair service for the fiscal calender year starting from your purchase date. We will process your return and issue you a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days after receipt of product.
